Cures Heart Palpitations: (Panic Away)

Heart palpitations Panic Away

Panic Away is a recognized leader in the field of curing panic attacks.

I interviewed the folks at Panic Away and they shared the following with me:
"Each sale entitles the customer to a one-to-one
personalized coaching program that can continue
for months at no extra cost. In addition the customer
gets free updates emailed to them as well as continued
support should they request it.

"This requires major resources and is the kind
of back-end support competitors are simply not willing
to invest in as it takes up so many man hours per day.

"Our customers often become our friends and we always go
way beyond typical customer service expectations. All of
this results in a strong brand name and positive word
of mouth."

Heart Palpitations: Useful Information

Heart palpitations are an uncomfortable awareness of the heart beating rapidly or irregularly. These feelings -- that the heart has skipped a beat -- are not usually dangerous. Heart palpitations can feel like there is a pounding or fluttering in the chest. These irregular feelings can be caused by: exercise, anxiety, stress, fear, fever, caffeine, nicotine, cocaine, diet pills, an overactive thyroid, anemia, hyperventilation, low levels of oxygen in your blood, medications such as thyroid pills, asthma drugs, beta blockers, or anti-arrhythmics.

Symptoms

Symptoms of heart palpitations include feelings that your heart is skipping a beat, fluttering, or beating too hard or fast. These feelings may include: a thumping, pounding, or racing sensation in your chest, a fluttering sensation in your chest, or a feeling of irregular beating or skipped beats. Palpitations alongside other symptoms, including sweating, faintness, chest pain or dizziness, indicate irregular or poor heart function and should be investigated.

Panic Attack

People with panic disorder feel their heart pounding when they are fearful of something or are having a panic attack. Panic attack, in particular, can lead to symptoms commonly mistaken for a heart attack. Anxiety and stress, including panic attacks, are a common cause of harmless palpitations.

Stopping Panic Attacks

If your heart palpitations are the result of a panic attack, then, the first step on your road to recovery from panic attacks is to remember a basic truth: They never get worse. Stopping panic attacks is essentially very simple (but of course easier said than done): Control your breathing and you control panic. Stopping panic attacks completely is a reasonable goal.

Conclusion

Reducing stress and anxiety can help lessen the frequency or intensity of your heart palpitations. If you have never had heart palpitations before, bring them to the attention of your health-care provider. Keep a diary of your irregular heartbeat or heart palpitations, if they are occurring regularly.
